Privacy Policy

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) is:

This Privacy Policy applies to swissdomina.ch as well as all associated subdomains.

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with:

• Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, Switzerland)
• To the extent applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR)

Personal data are processed only to the extent that such processing:

• is necessary for the operation of the platform
• is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations
• is based on voluntary information provided by users
• is required on the basis of statutory obligations

Personal data are not processed for any other purposes.

Depending on the type of use of swissdomina.ch, the following data in particular are processed:

• Master data such as username and e-mail address (when using an account on inseratportal.ch)
• Profile data and published advertisement or advertising content (origin and management via inseratportal.ch)
• Contact details such as telephone number or messenger data
• Payment and transaction data in connection with credits or booked services (exclusively via inseratportal.ch)
• Communication data
• Usage and access data
• Technical data such as IP address, timestamps, log files, browser and device information

The processing of personal data takes place in particular for the following purposes:

• Registration and management of user accounts (exclusively on inseratportal.ch)
• Publication, management and display of advertisements, banners and club content (via inseratportal.ch); on swissdomina.ch in particular search, filter and regional entry points
• Payment processing and credit management (exclusively via inseratportal.ch)
• Prevention of abuse, fraud and spam
• System security and stability
• Communication with users
• Fulfilment of statutory retention obligations

The platform is operated with external hosting providers.

In this context, technical data and log files are processed automatically, in particular:

• IP address
• Date and time of access
• Pages and files accessed
• HTTP status codes
• Browser and device information

These data serve exclusively for system security, error analysis, stability and abuse prevention and are not combined with other data.

To secure and optimise the platform, services provided by Cloudflare Inc. are used, in particular:

• DNS services
• Content Delivery Network (CDN)
• DDoS protection
• Security and performance optimisations
• cookie-free audience and usage analysis to improve the service

Cloudflare processes technical access data such as IP address, header information and timestamps in this context.

We measure page views, navigation, referrers and coarse device and country information without cookies or local browser storage. No cross-site histories are created.

To improve the service, we count the use of key features and links. We do not record sessions.

Processing takes place for the security, stability and protection of the platform as well as to improve our service.

To secure forms and prevent automated access, a Cloudflare bot-protection solution is used.

This serves to distinguish between human users and automated systems.

Images and videos are delivered via external CDN and streaming infrastructure.

When media are retrieved, technical access data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps are processed insofar as this is necessary for the technical delivery.

No further evaluation or profiling takes place.

The platform uses exclusively technically necessary cookies.

These cookies are required for:

• Storing the selected language
• Security functions
• Protection against abuse and attacks

Technically necessary cookies cannot be deactivated, as otherwise the functionality of the platform cannot be guaranteed.

On the “Live Cams” page, preview images are loaded from the external media host static-proxy.strpst.com. Cloudflare bot protection used there may set the technically necessary security cookie __cf_bm. It protects against automated access and is not used for analytics, profiling or marketing.

On the “Erotic Videos” page, preview images are loaded directly from MyDirtyHobby. When these images are loaded, MyDirtyHobby necessarily receives technical data including IP address, browser information and the time of retrieval. Links to MyDirtyHobby contain an AdultForce partner identifier. MyDirtyHobby’s privacy notice and cookie settings apply there; swissdomina.ch does not set its own tracking or marketing cookies through these links.

In addition, the age confirmation, saved and recently viewed listings, and temporary navigation, story and banner states are stored in the browser's Local Storage or Session Storage. This information remains on the device used until it is replaced by the platform, removed after serving its intended purpose, or deleted through the browser settings.

If you activate the “Near me” function, your browser determines your location after you grant permission. The coordinates and selected search radius are used exclusively to filter listings and clubs near you. The selection is stored on your device for the duration of the browser session and transmitted technically to our server for the relevant search request. It is not linked to a user account and is not used for advertising or profiling.

These storage mechanisms are not used for authentication, analytics or advertising. Registration, login and session management take place exclusively on inseratportal.ch.

For technical search analysis and optimisation of findability in search engines, Google Search Console is used.

In this context, no cookies are set and no personal user data of website visitors are processed.

The operator maintains online presences on social networks.

When visiting these presences, the data protection provisions of the respective platform operators apply.

Data from social networks are not combined with user accounts on swissdomina.ch.

Payments are made via external payment service providers.

The operator does not obtain access to complete payment data such as credit card numbers or comparable sensitive payment information.

Transaction data are stored exclusively to the extent required by law.

Processing or transfer of personal data abroad may take place insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the platform.

In this context it is ensured that an adequate level of data protection exists or that appropriate legal safeguards are provided.

Personal data are stored only for as long as:

• is necessary for the respective processing purpose or
• statutory retention obligations exist

Once the processing purpose no longer applies or the statutory periods have expired, the data are deleted or anonymised.

The operator takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or manipulation.

Data subjects have, within the framework of the applicable data protection law, in particular the following rights:

• Access to information about personal data being processed
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure or restriction of processing
• Objection to certain processing operations

Requests are to be addressed in writing to the controller.

The platform is directed exclusively at persons aged 18 and over.

Personal data of minors are not knowingly processed.

The operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.

The version currently published on the platform shall always be authoritative.

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The courts of Zurich shall have jurisdiction.

The contract language is German. This German version is legally binding.

Any translations serve exclusively for information purposes. In the event of discrepancies or differences in interpretation, solely the German version shall be authoritative.
